For the best care of your Typette:

simply use a damp cloth with water to remove any dust or dirt. If you prefer, a mild soap can be used, but avoid harsh chemicals that might affect the lettering. When not in use, it's a good idea to store your Typette in its protective case to prevent dust buildup and protect it from prolonged, direct sun exposure, which can cause discoloration.

Please remember to remove your Typette before closing your laptop, as it's not designed to stay on when the lid is shut. While the Typette will provide some protection for your keyboard, its primary function is to assist your typing, and it is not intended to fully protect against spills. This model is recommended for those with medium-length nails, similar to the medium in the Apres-X Gel extension line. We are currently developing a version for longer nails. Finally, always remember to keep your Typette away from children, as it is not a toy.
